Background
Feed the Children has invited
three agencies to participate in an acquisition and cultivation test program
for its domestic programs in March 2013:
Stratmark, DSA and Masterworks. This
test is part of an overall agency review and evaluation process that will also
include an RFP.
Given the planned timing of the
RFP and agency selection process, results from the March 2013 mailings will not
be available. As a result, the key value
of this test from Feed the Children’s perspective is gaining insight into:

The agency’s strategic input on the development of
acquisition and cultivation mailings
·
The agency’s processes for working together on the
development of direct mail programs
·
Quality of the agency’s creative product
